Enter TriBecca’s Sandwich Shop—an unassuming storefront on W. Belmont in Avondale. And hello, the Cubano.

Not your ordinary Cuban sandwich, to be fair. But let’s dissect this beautiful monster:

Toasted ciabatta bun that grips a heap of ham, Mojo pork, Swiss cheese, pickles, chipotle aioli, and mustard butter. The aioli packs a punch, but the breakout star of this ‘wich is the bun.
