With autumn temps turning blustery and borderline frightful, it’s time to carb it up with a great sandwich, yes?
Enter TriBecca’s Sandwich Shop—an unassuming storefront on W. Belmont in Avondale. And hello, the Cubano.
Not your ordinary Cuban sandwich, to be fair. But let’s dissect this beautiful monster:
Toasted ciabatta bun that grips a heap of ham, Mojo pork, Swiss cheese, pickles, chipotle aioli, and mustard butter. The aioli packs a punch, but the breakout star of this ‘wich is the bun.
