Need a cool treat to beat the heat? The Original Rainbow Cone, a Chicago South Side classic, has got you.

Mini slabs of Orange Sherbet, Pistachio, Palmer House, Chocolate, and Strawberry ice cream in one cone (or bowl).

This ice cream shop has a traveling food truck and when they announced they’d be in Oak Brook, I made a hasty trip there.

And the cone was great. Tastes like summer.
